Why AOM Live?

AOM Live is our weekly interactive movement class designed to help you train smarter, move better, and stay strong for life. Each session blends guided drills, clear explanations, and live Q&A so you don’t just copy exercises—you understand how to build lasting performance. It’s the same expert coaching and rehab principles we use in the clinic, now virtual. Art of Movement exists to bridge rehab, performance training, and real-world movement.

The Results You'll Get

Our community, courses, and memberships are pretty special. We’re focused on the ways it will make a huge difference in your life.

Here are a few of the things you’ll be able to do as a member of AOM Live:

  • Get real-time coaching so you refine your form, reduce pain, and progress your movement skills.
  • Connect with coaches and peers who troubleshoot your aches and celebrate your wins alongside your journey.
  • Learn why drills work, adapt them to your body, and build a sustainable, smarter training plan.

When You Join Today

When you join AOM Live today, you’ll get access to our:

  • Technique Deep-Dive Session: Participate in a guided video lesson from the course that breaks down a core movement pattern into progressive drills and cues, then practice the sequence during the live class. This helps you internalize mechanics and reduces injury risk by building reliable, repeatable movement habits.
  • Coach Q&A & Form Review: After a movement segment in the live session, present a short movement description or recorded clip and receive focused feedback during the live Q&A, applying clinic-proven rehab and performance principles. This accelerates learning by translating explanation into actionable corrections.
  • Progression Challenge: Follow a structured multi-week event that pairs weekly drills from the video course with in-session practice and measurable targets (range, control, load). Track improvements and adjust progressions with coach guidance to build consistent strength and transferable real-world movement capacity.
